my mouse dies :-(

I have bought a new "Razer Naga Mouse" a little while ago,and for my dislike it isn't recognized from the pc for a short time every 3 minutes. I already reinstalled the drivers and disconnected the mouse from pc and so on,i dont know what to do,its very annoying can you help me??

So, try going to shop, go to the guy who sold you this crap, give the mouse back and bu a good one

...and they are able to help me^^ they said,i shall maybe try to put it in another usb port,and dont use any HUBs,then i disconnected it from my hub and put it directly in the pc.it worked! now i have a good working,good formed supermouse
